He was posted to the Royal Military College Duntroon as an instructor in 2013. After a year as an instructor, Warrant Officer Green was tasked with the role of an Operations Sergeant within Romani Company. After the two year posting to the Royal Military College Duntroon, Warrant Officer Green returned to the 4th Regiment in 2015. During this posting he was employed in the forward observer trade as the Battery Commanders Assistant. In 2016 he was promoted to Warrant Officer Class Two and held the appointment of the Battery Guide, 106th Battery. This seen Warrant Officer Green shift his focus back to the gun line. In 2017, he deployed with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment to Iraq on Operation OKRA. During this deployment Warrant Officer Green mentored and trained the Iraqi Forward Air Controllers. After his tenure, Warrant Officer Green was posted in 2019 to the School of Artillery as a Sergeant Major Instructor Gunnery. In January 2020 Warrant Officer Green was appointed as the Battery Sergeant Major of the 101st Battery, 8/12 Regiment Royal Australian Artillery. In 2022 he was promoted to Warrant Officer Class One and his first appointment was as the Master Gunner Indirect Fires Systems at the Capability, Acquisition and Sustainment Group. From January 2024 until December 2025 he was the Regimental Sergeant Major of the 1st Regiment Royal Australian Artillery. He is currently appointed as the Regimental Sergeant Major of the School of Artillery. Warrant Officer Green’s partner Alicia is the chief financial officer of an Australian timber import business. They have four children between the ages of 12 and 17. They are avid Newcastle Knights supporters. WARRANT OFFICER CLASS ONE NICHOLAS WINDRIDGE 1st Regiment RAA Raised in North Queensland, Warrant Officer Windridge enlisted in the Australian Regular Army in 1998 and upon completion of recruit training was allocated to the Royal Australian Artillery. He has served in a variety of corps and non-corps positions, which have given him broad exposure to training, capability, force generation and operations throughout his career. Warrant Officer Windridge posted to 8/12 Medium Regiment in 1999 as a gun number and progressed through the trades ending up as a Forward Observers Assistant. In 2006, he posted as a gun team member to Joint Proof and Experimental Unit – Pt Wakefield where he was promoted to Bombardier. In 2007, Warrant Officer Windridge posted to 4th Field Regiment as an FO Ack in the Joint Offensive Support Teams. In 2009, he was posted to the Army Recruit Training Centre and promoted to Sergeant in December 2010. He was posted back to 4th Regiment in January 2011 and held the positions of Battery Commanders Assistant, Operations Sergeant and Artillery Command Systems Operator Troop Sergeant. In 2016, he posted to the School of Artillery and in January 2017 was promoted to Warrant Officer Class Two and appointed as a Sergeant Major Instructor Gunnery at the School of Artillery. In 2018, he posted to 8th/12th Regiment and was placed in the position of Battery Sergeant Major 102nd Coral Battery, he was also selected to deploy to Germany as part of the Australian contingent introducing AFATDS into the Canadian Army. In 2019, he successfully completed the Joint Targeting Staff Course and worked as the Operations Warrant Officer for 8/12 Regimental Headquarters. In 2020, He was posted to the 4th Regiment as BSM of the 108th Operational Support Battery where he used his knowledge of digital systems, targeting and planning at the brigade and division level. In 2021, Warrant Officer Windridge was BSM of 107th Battery, 4th Regt during its attachment to the 1 RAR Ready Battle Group. In 2022, He was
