Recent recruiting success will see more individuals march through their doors in 2026. Use of the Flat Screen Trainer at 3 Bty Members preparing for Teal 2 Looking Ahead 2026 will be a year of consolidation, focused on training with the Quantum 2-1 SUAS+ and Teal 3 MRUAS, while deepening support to 1 (AS) Div and strengthening unit integration. The Regiment’s activities reflect its evolving role as a combat-support unit capable of delivering ISTAR effects across the spectrum of operations. Its integration with both regular and reserve formations, and its ability to respond rapidly to domestic and regional tasks, underscore its value to Army and Defence. 9 Regiment is not only ready to support the “Warfighter” - it is actively shaping the future of joint fires and tactical ISTAR in the land domain.
