Through integrated live-fire exercises, contingency deployments, All Corps training, and a sustained Regimental battle rhythm, the unit significantly increased its operational readiness and tactical acumen. This article documents the collective efforts and milestones that positioned the Regiment as a high readiness unit in Army’s fighting echelon. A Regimental Return to Readiness The transformation of 1st Regiment RAA during this period was driven not by isolated efforts, but by a cohesive and deliberate approach to training and readiness. Each Battery contributed to a tempo of progressive exercises, live-fire certifications, and force-on-force activities that culminated in full Regimental deployments. Sub-units deployed into the field in phases, with emphasis on realistic gun line operations, manoeuvre under contact, and simulated enemy disruption. The Regiment’s adaptability and tactical flexibility were consistently demonstrated in increasingly complex settings. 104 Battery night mission at SWBTA on Exercise Barce in Mar 2023
